HIPAA-Compliant Video Chat Application

Company: DentalQore

The Challenge: In response to the need for remote healthcare, DentalQore needed a secure, contactless way for patients and dentists to communicate, while remaining fully HIPAA-compliant.

My Solution: I led the architecture and end-to-end development of a real-time video web chat application. My role involved designing the back-end system, ensuring data was encrypted and secure, and integrating the service into the existing client management system.

WFM & CMS Process Automation

Company: DentalQore

The Challenge: The company relied on manual Excel processes for analytics and had disconnected Workforce Management (WFM) and Customer Management Systems (CMS), leading to inefficiencies and data silos.

My Solution: I designed and implemented an automation pipeline that integrated the WFM and CMS. This involved creating custom dashboards to visualize workload capacity and building API endpoints to sync data, which enhanced client retention tracking and streamlined internal workflows.
